Santo Domingo.- Centro Cuesta Nacional (CCN) declared a sequence of actions aimed at minimizing plastic bag use in their merchants.

Government president José Miguel González Cuadra explained they would persuade customers to use reusable bags, though at current only a smaller range of people today are making use of them.
